Cumbria’s Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (Commissioner), David Allen, is hosting surgeries in Milnthorpe and Kendal to listen to residents’ concerns and views around Cumbria Constabulary and Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service (CFRS).
The Milnthorpe surgery will be held at St. Thomas’ Church, The Square, Milnthorpe, LA7 7QJ on Thursday 17 September from 12pm – 1:30pm.
The Kendal Surgery will be held at Kendal Parish Hall, Kirkland, Kendal, LA9 5AF on Thursday 17 September from 2:30pm – 4pm.
Speaking on the surgery, Commissioner David Allen said: “As Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner, I am the residents’ voice – your voice - within policing and fire, therefore it’s vital that I am visible and accessible to the public.
“I’d encourage anyone in Milnthorpe and Kendal or the surrounding areas to come along and speak to me if they have an issue they’d like to raise. If I don’t know there is a problem, I can’t help fix it.
