The current Constabulary Estates Strategy has been approved by the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner. The strategy is updated, and where necessary refreshed, on an annual basis.

Estates/Assets held by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (including Constabulary and Fire properties) are reviewed and updated on an annual basis in July. The current asset lists can be viewed for each year below:
