The current Constabulary Estates Strategy and Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service Estates Strategy have been approved by the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner. The strategies are updated, and where necessary refreshed, on an annual basis.

Estates/Assets held by the Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (including Constabulary and Fire properties) are reviewed and updated on an annual basis in July. The current asset lists can be viewed for each year below:
