Safety Net is a free service supporting the recovery of those affected by rape, exploitation, sexual and domestic abuse across Cumbria. We are here to support anyone who has experienced rape, exploitation, sexual and domestic abuse; at any time in their lives. We understand that the road to recovery is different for everyone, our specialist trauma-informed team is with you every step of the way. We offer telephone, video, and email therapy and support, and will resume face-to-face sessions and groups when safe to do so.
