Estates Trades Supervisor

Salary: £33.603 - £35,772

Hours: Based on 37 hours per week

Based: Police Headquarters, Penrith, Cumbria

The Head of Estates within the Office of Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria is looking for a dynamic individual to work in our maintenance team and deliver work across the Cumbria Constabulary and Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service estate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be working in a fast pace Blue Light environment which has an exciting estates development plan. We have a diverse police and fire estate with over fifty buildings geographically spread throughout Cumbria.

As Estates Trades Supervisor, you will lead a team of multi-skilled and skilled maintenance operatives, ensuring high-quality maintenance and support services across the OPFCC estate. You will collaborate with a highly skilled team to maintain both Police and Fire facilities.
