Administration Support Officer

Salary Scale: 3 / 4 (£24,675 - £28,653)
Hours: Based on 37 hours per week
Based: Police Headquarters, Penrith, Cumbria

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in your community? We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Administration Support Officer to join our team at the Cumbria Office of the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner (OPFCC).

This is an exciting opportunity following an internal promotion. As a key point of contact for the public and partner organisations, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Commissioner’s work to represent the voice of the people across Cumbria.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide general administrative support to the OPFCC team
  • Respond to routine enquiries and correspondence
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage a varied workload with a positive, can-do attitude
