Salary: £25,278.00
Hours: Based on 37 hours per week
Based: Kendal Police Station.
The Head of Estates within the Office of Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Cumbria is looking for a dynamic individual to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across Cumbria Constabulary and Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service estate.
Your role will be to ensure day to day maintenance and essential services are provided to enable essential services to be provided to the communities of Cumbria. Including minor carpentry, plumbing works, generator testing and the removal of confidential waste.
Carrying out health and safety inspections including weekly fire alarm tests, inspections of lighting and alarms.
