Office Manager

Salary Scale: 6 (£32,247 to £34,329)
Hours: Based on 37 hours per week
Based: Police Headquarters, Penrith, Cumbria

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy and dynamic office, following an internal promotion.

In this key role, you will manage a wide range of operational activities across the organisation. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to identify challenges, implement practical solutions, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner in representing the people of Cumbria and helping shape the future of local policing and fire services.
