Salary Scale: Scale 5 (£30,333 to £32,613)
Hours: Based on 37 hours per week
Based: Police Headquarters, Penrith, Cumbria
The Cumbria Office of the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner (OPFCC) is seeking dynamic and experienced Complaints Resolution Case Handlers to assess and resolve complaints about policing services across Cumbria.
You will work within a small team dedicated to resolving dissatisfaction enquiries from the public promptly and professionally, ensuring complainants are kept fully informed throughout the process. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will drive improvements in customer service and contribute to organisational learning
